How to install :-
New input tools come in two different configurations. The first is "Google Input Tool" and the second is the language pack you want to install.
After installing Google Input Tools, simply install any of the language packs you want to use. The download links are given below.
To install the input tools or language packs, simply run your settings and follow the simple instructions.

Showing language bar

On the desktop, right-click on the taskbar, then select Toolbars → Language Bar.

Enabling Language Bar

If the option 'Language bar' is not visible in the 'Toolbars' menu, it must be enabled through the Control Panel:

Windows 7 / Vista

Go to Control Panel → Regional and Language Options → Keyboard and Languages.
Click on the Change Keyboards ... button and open the Text Services and Input Languages ​​dialog box.
Go to the Language bar tab.
Enable the Connected option button in the taskbar in the Language bar section.
